An associate’s degree and 2 years of experience working with adults diagnosed with a mental illness or a Bachelor’s degree in a human service field. Position also requires training/certification in behavior management, successful completion of criminal history and central registry background investigation and ability to be certified in CPR and First Aid. A valid Virginia Driver’s License and good driving record are also requirements for employment.
